Downingtown will host a Mid Atlantic Percussion Society (MAPS) home show at Downingtown East High School on Saturday, March 2, 2019, from 1:00-5:20 PM. This is the first time Downingtown will host a MAPS competition since 2015. We are excited about this event. To make the event a success, we are in need of volunteers and donations. Any music parent that volunteers their time or donates a food item for the hospitality suite will be able to enter the competition for free. Elementary and Middle School students are invited to attend free of charge with a paying adult. Please click on the links below to see information about volunteer for food donation opportunities. We hope you’ll be able to join us as either volunteers or spectators, or both.

She will receive a $1,000 prize, plus a travel allowance to attend a live performance of her brass quintet piece entitled Triumph on March 26, 2019 at Susquehanna University.
