Rising East HS senior choir member, Jackson McGovern placed first in the state of Pennsylvania on the Bass 2 voice part (in an audition held online over the summer) and has qualified for the 2020 All-National Mixed Choir, an honor ensemble sponsored by the National Association for Music Education comprised of the best high school singers from each state. Whether or not the convention can be held as scheduled this November 5-8 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida, we are incredibly proud of Jackson for this accomplishment.
