East Band Parent Meeting & Open Rehearsal

Parents new and returning are invited to attend our annual parent social meeting during Thursday’s rehearsal in the East Atrium. (Enter at the East Main entrance and we will have signs to guide you there!) There will be light refreshments available from 6-6:30 and a chance to meet and mingle with other East Band parents and our MPA officers. A parent-led information meeting will start at 6:30 which will go over fundraising, volunteer needs specific to the East Band and an overview of the DHSMPA and their volunteer needs. Following the meeting we invite you to come out to the Band rehearsal field and watch as we put things together in preparation for Friday’s game. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and find a spot on the hillside! We hope you’ll take the opportunity to meet others, be part of our East Band family, and come check out our hard work!
