DSF Accounts

Each student in a DHS music program has the opportunity to fundraise for his or her own individual expenses. Several MPA-organized fundraisers take place each year and the money students earn from these fundraisers is deposited into a Downingtown Student Fund (DSF) account in their individual names. Funds in the DSF accounts can be used toward any out-of-pocket expenses associated with participation in a music program (e.g., to defray the cost of a big trip, band shoes, instrument repair or activity fees). 

 

You must have a login to Membership Toolkit account to see a student's individual DSF balance.  If you do not have a login and wish to know your balance, please email dsf.dhs.mpa@gmail.com.

using a student's DSF account as a payment method

If a student has a balance in their DSF account, the funds may be applied towards purchases made in our online store. When placing an order, you may choose to apply the current account credit. 

requesting a withdrawal from a Student's DSF Account

Complete and Submit the DSF Withdrawal Form to receive a reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. 

 

a student who is no longer an active member 

If a balance remains after a student graduates or leaves the music program, the student may request to donate the funds to the MPA, transfer the funds to a sibling or request a payout of the funds via a check made payable to the student. Complete and submit the DSF Withdrawal Form.
