Rehearsal / USBands PA States Competition

9am-2:15pm Rehearsal (11:30pm-Lunch)

2:15 Load Trailer/Truck and Dismissed – TAKE YOUR UNIFORMS HOME WITH YOU!!

Don’t forget anything – there is NO ACCESS to East after 3:00pm.

No Transportation provided to West. Please arrange a ride to and from the event.

2:30-5:15 – Off, encouraged to go view the show and eat from concessions at Kottmeyer

Members - You will need East Band attire to be let into the show without a paid ticket (show shirt, jacket etc)

By 5:15 – Locate trailer at WEST & get your equipment, Report to WEST Auditorium, Change

Dress under uniform = SHOW SHIRT

6:00 – Meeting behind West Band Room to walk to Warm-up 

6:10 – Warm Up

7:45 – Perform (updated time)

8:00 – Load, Change out of uniform

9:00 – In Stands to watch WCU Band

9:15 – Awards (clean up anything remaining of ours in West Aud. after awards)

10:00 – Dismissed, Pick-up from WEST. No Transportation or Access to East after event
